As a widely used scaffold, in addition to being used to erect formwork supports, ringlock scaffolding has also begun to be used as external scaffolding, because it is safer than the traditional one. So what do you need to pay attention to when erecting external scaffolding with ringlock scaffolds?
To ensure the safety of external scaffolding, the following aspects should be paid attention to in the process of construction.
1. When using socket type of ringlock scaffolds to erect double external scaffolding, the height of the erection should not be greater than 24m. If greater than 24m, it must be designed separately. Users can choose the geometric size of the scaffolding frame according to their use requirements. The step distance of the adjacent horizontal bar should be 2m, the vertical distance of the vertical post should be 1.5m or 1.8m, and should not be greater than 2.1m, and the horizontal distance of the vertical post should be 0.9m or 1.2m.
2. Vertical Post: The scaffolding vertical post should be arranged at the bottom of the adjustable base, and the first layer of the vertical post should be staggered with posts of different lengths, and the vertical distance of the staggered vertical posts should be ≥500mm.
3. Diagonal brace or scissors brace setting requirements
A vertical diagonal brace should be set up along the outer side of the frame every 5 spans lengthwise or a scissors brace should be set up to tighten the steel pipe every 5 spans, and a vertical diagonal brace should be set up at each layer of the transverse end span.
