Cuplock scaffolding is a type of modular steel scaffolding to lock beams and tubes together with metal cups.

1. Multifunction and Easy to Use

Compared to traditional scaffolding systems, cuplock scaffolding comes with systematic steel components and parts, which are more adaptable and flexible, resulting in faster scaffolding construction.  It can be used to build different structures for construction, refurbishment, or maintenance projects. Its application in any type of industry, like refineries, energy production, chemical plants, aircraft, shipyards, etc., makes it more popular.

2. Safe and Reliable

The design of the joint takes into account the screw friction force of the top cup and self-gravity so that the joint has a reliable self-locking ability. The load acting on the ledger is transferred to the vertical post through the bottom cup, which has a strong shear-bearing capacity (up to 199KN). Even if the top cup is not pressed properly, the ledger joint will not come out and cause accidents.

3. Easy to Install and Cost-Saving

A single vertical tube may be connected to four horizontal tubes with the node-point locking device, and no loose bolts, wedges, or clips are required to secure components to the node-point. The maximum length of cuplock parts is 3130mm and the weight is 17.07kg. The disassembly speed of the whole scaffolding is 3~5 times faster than the common one, and it is labor-saving. The workers can complete all the operations with a hammer, avoiding any inconvenience caused by the operation of the screw.
