Ringlock scaffold is widely used in fields of roads and bridges, water conservancy, hydropower engineering, municipal engineering, and civil construction engineering. In recent years, there have been more and more professional scaffolding construction companies for new types of ringlock scaffolding in China, mainly focusing on the integrated management of scaffolding supply, erection, disassembly, and recycling. The calculation of full supporting scaffolding projects mainly relies on effective volume measurement.
1. Cost
1.1 Variable cost: Erection volume of scaffolding (rental cost of materials), construction period (cost of personnel care)
1.2 Fixed cost: labor cost, material transportation cost, equipment usage fee, transportation fee;
1.3 Management cost: management expense of the professional scaffolding construction company;
1.4 Profit: profit of professional scaffolding construction company;
1.5 Taxes: Income tax of professional scaffolding construction company;
2. Comparison of the cost of ringlock scaffold and cuplock scaffold (Taking cross-canal bridge as an example)
Double span bridge design requires 31668 ㎥ scaffolding erection. The construction period from the date of erection to the date of dismantling is 90 days. To finish the project:
2.1 Ringlock Scaffolding
Composition of expenses: Variation cost: the 90-day scaffolding rental fee is 572,059 yuan, and the extension is 0.25 yuan/day/cubic meter; The fixed fee is 495,152 yuan; The management fee and profit are 109,388 yuan; The tax is 70,596 yuan and the total cost is 1,247,195 yuan.
2.2 Cuplock Scaffolding
Composition of expenses: the material rental fee is 702,000 yuan(90 days), 412,000 yuan for labor (including erection, disassembly, and other expenses), equipment fee is 191,000 yuan (including transportation). The total cost is 1,305,000 yuan. The cost of cuplock scaffold is calculated according to the leasing of steel pipes and fasteners, including the management fee, profit, and tax payable by the leasing company. Labor and equipment costs shall be borne by Party A.
